Anita McKenna

Hi, I'm Anita and I’m a qualified Counsellor, Life Coach and mum to a gorgeous (and sparky!) 15 year old daughter.

I have worked with 100’s of clients over the past 12 years, exploring their past life, their current reality and the amazing potential for their future.

However, over the past few years, the impact of growing up with narcissistic parents has become more and more apparent in my work, which has led me to collaborate with Zoë to support adult children of narcissistic parents.

Hi, I’m Zoe and I’m a certified coach, cycle breaker and mummy to a beautiful little boy.

I speak openly on my social media about the environment I grew up in, which consisted of physical, emotional and narcissistic abuse. My upbringing raised a lot of questions, which is what led me to study Psychology at university and further life coaching qualifications.

I now use my education and experience, alongside Anita’s expertise to help others heal from their childhood trauma.
