This is a space to rest the nervous system, soften the heart, and be held.
Created for those who give care, presence, and strength every day—often without pause—this offering is a sacred exhale.
Through a guided meditation and immersive sound bath, we will create energetic support for both heart and mind. Vibrations move where words cannot, helping release accumulated stress, compassion fatigue, and the quiet weight that caring professions carry.
