Healers Need Healing Too

Healers Need Healing Too is a restorative wellness experience created for those who spend their time caring for and holding space for others. This gathering is an invitation to slow down, soften, and receive support in a nurturing community setting.

Throughout this 3 hour experience, you will be guided through intention setting, a grounding cacao ceremony by Lune Herbals, gentle breathwork and yoga by Briana the Moon Goddess, Reiki energy healing by Cam, and a sound bowl by Celeste of Celestial Sonic. Each modality is designed to help regulate your nervous system, release tension, and reconnect you with your own well-being.

You will also be nourished with light, thoughtfully prepared snacks, and fresh foods by Baked Chemistry Vegan Cafe to support your body during integration and reflection. This is a space to rest, be witnessed, and be poured into, without needing to give or perform.

This experience is ideal for healers, caregivers, wellness practitioners, community leaders, and anyone who feels called to receive deeper rest and restoration.

This is a community-supported, donation-based event. Suggested contribution is $25 with a $15 minimum to reserve your spot. Space is limited to 30 participants to keep the experience intimate and supportive.
