• This circle is a brave space where you can feel connected to our collective humanness, to your true self. Allow yourself the gift of softening into the present moment, to peace and feel your nervous system soothed. This is a space where you are loved and accepted exactly as you are.

• This is a space where you have full permission to leave all your masks, roles and responsibilities as a woman at the door. Re-discover the parts of you that have been hidden.

• There’s an opportunity for you to deepen into the connectedness to other women, and know that you are not alone in whatever you are experiencing in life.

• For women who long for a space to just be you, to rest, to sit side - by side with other women, this nurturing intentional space is co - created lovingly for you. This time your space to share your voice and have your stories heard.

You are warmly invited to open your heart and allow for deep sharing.

Feel rooted and connected to a powerful belonging that has been created not only by our circle but those who came before us and sat in circle.

Spaciousness comes from within when you allow yourself to be still. Inner peace is available to you when you allow yourself the opportunity to seep into nothingness.

Trust what comes up for you in this courageous space. Sit in community with women who also want to trust themselves, and come away with a feeling of inner power which as arisen in a smooth gentle way.

Flow into a space that allows for belonging and connection. A feeling of , grounding, feeling centred with this invaluable gift to yourself and the other women who chose to gather together.

We are the healed and heartfelt ones that our future ancestors call upon for wisdom.

The circle:

• Sigh a breath of relief as you settle in and have the opportunity to breathe in the aliveness of the moment

• You will be lovingly guided through a meditation and invited to connect with your heart mind and body before we drop inwards into sharing.

• This 90mins journey is a space where you can drop all expectations and a time to remember who you really are.

What to bring:

• All you need to bring is yourself. I also suggest to bring a cosy blanket so you can feel as comfortable as possible.

• There’s an opportunity to bring along a small offering for our centrepeice, there is no expectation for this. Women used to gather around a fire, so our centrepiece is reflective of this ancient tradition. But don’t worry if you don’t bring anything. Some examples of what women have added before have been small photos of loved ones, something meaningful, a flower or something from nature.

• Complimentary herbal tea served is for you on arrival.
