You will learn different somatic and yoga-inspired tools to release chronic tensions, remove energetic (emotional) blockages and bring back a sense of tranquillity and equilibrium into your life.

โ€ข Understanding the Nervous System: Gain insight into how your nervous system operates, how stress and trauma impact it, the nervous system window of tolerance, dysregulation symptoms and the importance of somatic awareness in healing.

โ€ข Mind-Body Connection: Explore the intricate relationship between mind and body, and discover how to harness this connection for profound healing and personal growth.

โ€ข Practical Tools for Daily Life: Receive practical tools and strategies to manage stress, calm your nervous system, and maintain a balanced state in your everyday life.

โœจ๏ธ2nd hour - An Experiential Part

โ€ข Body Awareness Exercises: Engage in guided exercises that enhance your body awareness, helping you to tune into physical sensations and understand their connection to emotional states.

โ€ข Somatic Techniques: Learn and practice powerful somatic and yoga-inspired techniques such as mindful movement, breathing techniques and meditation practice

This is a trauma-informed workshop.

Renata Popis is a multi-passionate woman with a rich background in psychology, NLP, and life coaching, as well as over two decades of experience working with different somatic and yoga-inspired healing modalities. Renataโ€™s mission is to inspire and empower individuals to live more authentic, empowered, and fulfilling lives. She has been sharing her wisdom about the mind-body connection, yoga, mindfulness, and different embodiment practices while running classes, workshops, and retreats, as well as empowering hundreds of people worldwide.

She has worked with the most prominent Australian organisations, such as Red Cross, the Mental Health Commission and the Association for Services to Torture and Trauma Survivors.

In her somatic healing containers, she loves to create safe and nurturing spaces that fuel growth, healing and transformation. She wants to help you tap into your full potential by connecting with the wisdom of your body.

Renata offers 1-to-1 somatic coaching and healing sessions in person at Horizon Yoga or online via Zoom, as well as transformational workshops and retreats.
