2) Release stress, tension and trauma from the body through movement, music, breath and sound in a guided dance journey.
3) Embody a somatic dance practice based on the 6-elements Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Sound and Light
4) Receive an entire library based of music based on the alchemy of the elements, along with pre made playlists.
5) Create a dance map for your class that includes an introductions, brief description, somatic movement practices, meditation and a music playlist.
6) Craft your own unique ecstatic dance experience filled with wisdom, ritual and ceremony
7) Easily create your own ecstatic dance experiences that are filled with ritual and ceremony.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
This is for those who value the in-person experience and want accountability along the way. Our program is transformational and educational. If you wish to work with Arielle Star Triana as a mentor and teacher, this is the right fit for you! You will have direct access to Star and get her personal guidance.
Here is how it works:
1. Register now and gain access to the online video syllabus and live online classes with replay available. Start your journey at home with the self paced online components.
2. Travel and Attend the In Person Training and Retreat in Lake Worth Beach, Florida, USA.
3. One month practicum begins after the in-person training, includes daily emails from Star, self paced study, and practice teaching sessions.
4. Online Mentorship Session via Zoom with Q&A and Group Sharing led by Star. This session will be scheduled as a group during the in-person training.
5. Complete all 4 parts of the training and receive your certification with an option to be listed on our international facilitators web page.
