There is a LOT going on in the world & we need to be able to shake off the BS, find our footing, get into alignment & embody our POWER! Let's Heal Through Dance!!
Come dance with me as we move through the chakras and embody this energy work practice to bring ourselves into alignment. We will dance through the elements & connect with our energetic essence.

This practice will be held outside at the personal residence of Jennifer Wyonne, The Healing Heartist (formerly Healing Heart Reiki) located right in the heart of Castle Rock. Event is at personal residence. Side gate on B street is where you will enter the backyard for class. Gate will be open with sign on gate for easy identification.

All ages welcome (mom/dad you can bring the kids to join in with you if needed or you wish to at ZERO extra change)
We will use a practice known as BSMT (Breath Sound Movement Touch) We will connect with our breath, make sounds with our voice, move our body & utilize our senses to connect with our body.
Bring a blanket or yoga mat & water bottle
Dance/movement time will be 30-40 minutes with a little extra time for added connection & sharing
