As much as we don’t want to carry along painful moments of our past, I think we can all agree it is easier said than done. Our experience can affect our present behaviour, way of thinking and outlook on life. It often can determine our present happiness or lack of it. Even a change of environment, partner, having kids doesn’t fully heal it.
