The voice of the peña Baiona, that everyone sings at the top of their voices during matches in the South-West or during the Bayonne festivals, that's him.

When you'll meet Gorka, he will talk to you about the traditional folk music traditions and Rugby. Former player of Aviron Bayonnais rugby team, animator at the French Radio 'France Bleu Pays Basque', talented tenor whose reputation goes beyond the limits of the Basque Country, Gorka Robles-Aranguiz has traveled the world to promote his dear region and has also distinguished himself as an renowned traditional Basque singer.

The rural inn keeper Alain Darroze. It’s with a real love for the products from his region that this talented chef cooks and presents his creations that stem from forgotten recipes or products that are little known in his Basque region, perfectly illustrating the natural link that exists between producers and great chefs.

Exchange Theatre is an international company established in 2006 in London. Since its creation, unknown or rare French-speaking plays were imported, translated and produced by the company. With the use of a strong visual imagery, live music and multilingualism, Exchange Theatre’s productions offer you the opportunity to share a true sensorial experience.

Led by David Furlong and Fanny Dulin, the company translated for the first time plays from major French playwrights like Paul Claudel, Georges Feydeau and Xavier Durringer before being resident at the French Institute for two years. Since then, the company has brought to the stage ambitious double productions off west end: shows such as A Family Affair, The Doctor in Spite of Himself, The Misanthrope were alternately played in English and French.
