Washing Machine proudly presents
HEADCHECK
CHEST
HOLLOWWAVES
SICKENER
DOG AT THE OPERA
On Saturday 16th January, we’re kicking off our new year with the long-awaited return of hard-hitting, bass-booming alt-rock heroes HEADCHECK! Joining them are festival-storming, fast-rising indie icons CHEST, fuzzy Fenland dream-weavers HOLLOWWAVES, wonky post-grunge slacker-stars SICKENER and genre-bending shoegaze supergroup DOG AT THE OPERA.
6-11pm (bar open until 1am)
£5 via www.hunterclub.co.uk
All ages are welcome. Under-16s must be accompanied by a parent or carer.
No re-entry for under-18s after 6pm.
There is a fully-licensed bar on the premises. No ID, no alcohol.
All Washing Machine tickets are fixed at £5 to ensure that they remain affordable to all. Profits are split between the artists and the promoter takes nothing. If you are able to pay more on the night, cash or card donations are most welcome and will go directly to the artists. Thank you for supporting grassroots live music!
THE HUNTER CLUB IS A SAFE SPACE
We take audience safety very seriously at the Hunter Club Arts Centre, and strongly believe that gigs can and should be safe spaces, free from harassment, intimidation, prejudice, bullying and violence. We expect that all artists, venue staff and attendees will respect our values, and we have a zero tolerance policy towards those who do not. Anyone who endangers the enjoyment and safety of others at a Washing Machine night will be ejected and barred. It is unfortunate that in the 21st Century we still have to say this stuff, but we hope that by doing so we can help to create an atmosphere where everyone feels safe and able to enjoy themselves.
