Meet at the clubrooms just before 8am so we can leave shortly afterwards.

If you can help please comment within the event page what pace, distance and approx route (or at least terrain/elevation) you would be happy to lead.
A Fun pack, Med pack, Med-Fast pack would be great. We usually have a pack of super fast young guys.
We can't guarantee specific pace groups will be available until we build up our numbers more so it's not always going to work perfectly as it all depends on who turns up on the day so it will sometimes require mixed packs that will need to split up as the run progresses.
