HCD is a multi-level class combining aerobic conditioning inspired by an energizing fun session of playing the drums! Lunges, Leg lifts, Upper arm and extensions all performed to an upbeat rhythm of the drums. Join us this FALL on Tuesday nights starting Sept 14th from 5:45 -6:45pm at McCall's Reception Hall, 123 E.
