The AGM is an opportunity to:

• Learn about what our board gets up to behind the scenes and how you can get involved
• Recap and celebrate this past season's work
• Vote for your 2026 board of directors
• Chat with bike-related businesses in our vendor area
• Have a chance to win prizes from local businesses
• Celebrate the end of mountain biking season over a beverage!

In years past, our Annual General Meeting has been held at the beginning of the calendar year—usually in February or March. However, the board made the decision to hold the meeting in November of this year. This gives everyone the opportunity to plan out the 2026 season of Dig Days and other events over the winter months.
