Bruce Springsteen turns 75 on September 23rd, and the celebration starts at Don’t Tell Mama’s Brick Room. Join award winning cabaret team: Lisa Viggiano (vocals), Lisa Yeager (vocals), Matt Scharfglass (bass and guitar), and Tracy Stark (piano and vocals) on Monday, September 23rd at 7pm for an evening of music by The Boss.
In the before times, Lisa Yaeger and her musical director, the beloved late Rick Jensen won a Bistro Award for her show, Jersey Girl, which featured music by NJ songwriters. In kind, the very next year, Lisa Viggiano and Matt Scharfglass won a Bistro Award for their Bruce tribute show. Viggiano & Scharfglass later teamed up with Tracy Stark for their MAC award winning show, Lady Day To The Boss.
Scharfglass, Stark, Viggiano, and Yaeger have roots in NJ and in these songs. Join this fun bunch of Jersey kids for a joyful evening of Bruce tunes!
Lina Koutrakos and Tanya Moberly, who directed the aforementioned shows respectively have served as creative consultants to HBD Bruce.
