Hazlet Day on Saturday, Sept. 9, 2023, It is our town celebration, a free outdoor family-friendly festival with neighbors. This year we are celebrating our 175th Anniversary!
The festival includes bouncy inflatables, a petting zoo, carnival games, face painting and lots of fun kids activities. Come hungry for more than a dozen food trucks selling a variety of fare.
There will be live entertainment, including excellent bands and dancing. Catch the exciting Asbury Fever band at 1 p.m. on stage! Perna Dance Center will hold a dance party, and there will be a karate demonstration.
Visit over 80 booths. Speak to local business owners and learn about nonprofits serving our area and connect with civic organizations, including the township library.
Festival goers can park at the Swim Club lot. If possible, please carpool or come on foot, we are expecting a crowd. The Union Avenue entrance will be closed, so please utilize the Middle Road entrance.
