Hayfield Manor Presents "Our Own"- A Cork Harvest Celebration!

On Friday October 10th, Hayfield Manor, in collaboration with Claire Nash, present Our Own – an evening dedicated to Cork’s people, produce, and proud food culture.

The evening begins in Bloom at 6.30pm with bespoke cocktails from Rebel City Distillery, alongside a showcase of Cork’s finest seafood and seasonal bites. From there, the celebration moves to of Orchids Restaurant, where a carefully curated menu showcases the best of Cork’s larder- from land to sea, orchard to dairy. Guests will also have the opportunity to meet some of the region’s finest artisan producers, hearing first-hand the stories behind the ingredients that inspire our menus at Hayfield Manor. The experience culminates in a show-stopping finale as Hayfield Manor’s Pastry Team unveil a lavish dessert buffet, overflowing with decadent creations.
