So we’re bringing you a unique opportunity to spend an evening with a Hawksmoor Head Chef who will reveal the “not-so-secret” secrets of the trade; from insider tips on handling meat and great ways to source quality steak at your butchers, to seasoning like a master and resting for the perfect length of time. All before we sit down to a feast accompanied by some of the iconic signature side dishes. You’ll come away with a great understanding of how to get the most from your steak - not to mention a full belly! All proceeds from the class all proceeds go to the following two causes - The Hackney School of Food and Chefs in Schools.
