Hamilton City Hawks Cross Country Championships
Join us for the Hamilton City Hawks Cross Country Championships at Roger Kaui Place.
Look for the Hawks gazebo when you arrive.
The course features a great running surface and is generally flat, making it a fast course for all competitors. The route is a 5km out-and-back course, with runners completing the required distance for their age group. The 10km events consist of 2 laps of the course.

U18 Boys – 6km

U20 Men – 6km

Senior Men (20–39) – 10km
Senior Women (20–34) – 10km
Masters Men (40–64) – 10km
Masters Men (65+) – 8km
Masters Women (35+) – 5km
Timetable
12:30pm – Registrations open
1:00pm – 2km races start
1:15pm – 3km and 5km races start
1:45pm – All remaining races start
Please bring a plate to share for afternoon tea after the racing. It's a great chance to relax, catch up with fellow club members, and celebrate the day's efforts.
