About this Event
Welcome to the HaWB x Après WOD Dash event on September 20, 2025 at 9:00 AM (Europe/London)! Get ready for an epic day & bring your A-game, where we will be pushing each other to the limits completing 2 Workouts with a 10K Run inbetween!
First Hyrox-Style workout starts at Lee Valley VeloPark in Stratford. We will then make our way through East london (10Km run ) to the very seasoned & cultured Apres London Gym in Deptford where we will complete our final Hyrox-style workout.
Rung groups will be divided into:
-Group 1: Running @6:00/km (Begins run at 10:30 A.M.)
-Group 2 Running @7:00/km (Begins run at 10:40A.M.)
Whether you're an everyday or seasoned runner , this event is perfect for all fitness and running enthusiasts. Don't miss out on this opportunity to push your limits and make memories that will last a lifetime. See you there!
Disclaimer: Please advise you can run 15Km without stopping to ensure your able to complete the session without severe difficulty.
