April is Native Hawaiian Plant Month! Did you know Hawaii has over 1400 native plant species? They have been used for food, medicine, & tools, but many have become extinct. Come learn about some unique plants and what they are used for in the spirit of E mālama i ka ʻāina! We will demonstrate how to use these plants in your kitchen, and you will get to take some samples home. This FREE community workshop will be led by two medical doctors who are passionate about holistic plant medicine and a farmer from Malama mushrooms.
