The dynamic duo behind Oahu favorites, Miro Kaimuki and Papa Kurt’s—James Beard Semifinalist Chris Kajioka and Michelin-starred Mourad Lahlou— team up with Top Chef Shota Nakajima to bring you an evening of pure perfection. Join them for a five-course dinner and a taste of the world’s most vibrant culinary destinations presented on plates almost too pretty to eat … almost. Renowned for their elegantly modern reinventions of traditional dishes, these chefs expand your mind (and tastebuds) pairing the imaginative fusion flavors of Morocco, Japan and Kāanapali with visually stunning dishes sure to please all of your senses. Seatings begin at 5:00 P.M.

Hui Mālama i ke Ala ʻŪlili (huiMAU) a community-based hui (organization) of ‘ohana from Hāmākua Hikina (East Hāmākua) on the Island of Hawai‘i, founded in 2011. Discover the valley of Olowalu, learn about the customary practices of Kanaka Maoli, the native people of the Hawaiian Islands and connect to the land by planting native plants, removing invasive species and working in the kalo patch.
