HAWAB Region 6 Presents: 6th Annual Pow Wow

Join us for a three-day cultural wellness and empowerment experience created to uplift and connect the African American community through education, movement, food, and intentional conversation. 🤎✨

This immersive weekend brings together interactive workshops, wellness demonstrations, shared meals, and community-centered discussions focused on whole-person wellness. Participants will engage in activities that support physical health, emotional well-being, financial literacy, and relationship building — all within a culturally affirming and welcoming environment.

• Fitness sessions
• Interactive cooking and nutrition demonstrations
• Cacao and sound-based wellness experiences
• Financial education workshops
• Relationship and community-centered panel discussions
• Games, connection, and social activities

The weekend kicks off with a Friday Night Meet & Greet/Kickoff Party 🎧🍹 featuring a live DJ and specialty mocktails, creating a fun and energetic space for guests to connect, dance, and celebrate community.
Saturday features a full day of educational and wellness-focused programming 🌱 centered on culture, health, and empowerment.
Sunday is our Community Activity Day 🏹🐎⚽ — a high-energy, outdoor-focused experience built around movement, fun, and friendly competition.
