A night of words, in many formats, sung, spoken, read, monologues and rhymes. To coincide with the release of Cherry b’s first novel “Back to Square One”. She will be reading excerpts and narrating the story behind the grisly thriller set in a music venue.
She invites some north east friends to join her in their love for meaningful speech.
James Thoroughgood and Peesh will share their songwriting and words.
There will be poems and spoken lyrics by Fe Duncan and Lesley, as well as other poets and an open mic slot.
The fee is £5 on the door, come early and grab a table and also put your name on the open mic slot list. (1 or 2 poems only).
