Erik Eisenmann is a Partner in Husch Blackwell's Milwaukee office. He advises his clients on all aspects of labor and employment law, from counseling to litigation. Erik previously led HB's National Labor and Employment Practice Group, and is now the Chair of the firm's Practice Group Leaders.

Erik has significant experience as a litigator in state and federal courts, and frequently represents clients in claims, investigations, and proceedings before various state and federal administrative agencies. He helps clients draft and enforce policies, employment contracts, and restrictive covenants (including non-compete and non-solicitation agreements), and works with companies to navigate the complex labor and employment issues involved in corporate transactions.
