Have we been here before? Lessons from history
About this Event
This event is part of the Economic History Society's centenary year celebration.
What has improved or got worse in the UK economy since 1926? What has the impact of these changes been on the lives of British citizens? Some policies have helped to advance the UK economy over the last 100 years, while others have held it back – here we draw lessons from the past to inform how to seize the opportunities and address the challenges of today.
