Friday September 26th, the Linsmore Tavern (1298 Danforth Ave) can’t wait to welcome back a very popular band who gets a ton of requests, “Have a Cigar” The Pink Floyd Experience! It’s been awhile since we have had a Pink Floyd Tribute at the Linsmore and with so many requests to bring one in, we are bringing back the one that blew everyone away the last two times they played our stage! Pink Floyd fans, you don’t want to miss this one! Tickets are $10 in advance, $15 at the door!“Have a Cigar” is a Pink Floyd tribute band based out of the Cambridge, Ontario area. The band was formed over 20 years ago and is today made up of some of Ontario’s most talented musicians who are dedicated to accurately recreating the sound, feel, and passion of Pink Floyd’s music. “Have a Cigar” performs Pink Floyd’s greatest hits from the 70s albums Meddle, Animals, Dark Side of the Moon, The Wall, and Wish You Were Here. The band has gained a reputation for their impressive live performances and has played a variety of shows and festivals around Southern Ontario despite facing various challenges over the years. “Have a Cigar” has remained committed to their mission of paying tribute to Pink Floyd and bringing their interpretations to new audiences.
