Join Beth Sholom Temple for a joyful evening as we transition from Shabbat into Purim. We’ll begin with Havdalah at 6:00 PM, marking the close of Shabbat together, and at 7:00 PM, stay or come back for our Purimspiel, “Damn Ahasuerus!”, a fun, irreverent, sing-along retelling of the Purim story inspired by Damn Yankees and Romeo & Juliet. Come for one or enjoy the whole evening. Costumes, laughter, and community are highly encouraged, and all are welcome. We invite everyone to bring a box of mac and cheese or another non-perishable boxed food item to use as a grogger during the Megillah reading, and afterward the items will be donated to the Fredericksburg Food Bank.
