Celebrate Halloween at Philadelphia's Most Legendary Halloween party on the mighty Moshulu. The party will feature a live band in the ballroom, a throw back Hip-Hop room, a DJ dance party on the heated main deck and a ghoulish party lounge. Costumes are strongly encouraged but not required. This is a 21 and over event that requires ID unless you are an actual ghost, poltergeist or apparition that currently resides on the ship.
