Halloween in Winnipeg isn’t just one party — it’s a whole weekend. With the Halloween Madness Weekend Pass, you’ll unlock access to two epic bar crawls:

• Friday, October 31st → Haunted Halloween Bar Crawl
• Saturday, November 1st → Beer & Spirits: Halloween Booze Crawl

Double the venues, double the specials, double the fun. Whether you’re into pumpkin brews, tequila shots, or just want an excuse to rock your scariest (or funniest) costume twice, this pass is your best deal for Halloween weekend.

👉 Wristband Pickup: Check in between 7:30–10:30 PM each night at the opening venue to collect your pass.

👉 Bar Hopping: From 8:30–11:30 PM, explore multiple walkable venues — pubs, clubs, and breweries — all offering specials.

👉 The Last Stop: Each crawl closes at a featured nightclub from 11:30 PM–2:00 AM with DJs and dance floors packed.

👻 Costumes aren’t required but highly encouraged — expect the streets to be packed with zombies, witches, superheroes, and some of the funniest DIY outfits you’ll see all year.

The full lineup of bars and clubs will be released closer to the event. Expect high-energy DJs, themed rooms, and Halloween drink specials at every stop.

• 18+ Only: All guests must be 18 years or older with a valid government-issued photo ID. No exceptions.
• Wristbands Required: Your wristband is your ticket. Present your Eventbrite ticket/QR code at check-in to claim it. Wristbands must be worn the entire night for access to crawl venues. If you miss the pickup window (before 10:30 PM at the listed check-in), you forfeit entry.

• On-Time Check-In: Arrive during designated hours (7:30–10:30 PM). Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
• Proxy Pickup: If you can’t make it, you may authorize a friend to collect your wristband.
• Venue Timing: Specials and entry are only valid during the timeframes listed on the Digital Bar List.

• Day-Of Updates: Always check the Digital Crawl Map on event day for the latest venue info, changes, or closures.
• Self-Guided Crawl: No hosts will lead groups. Use the crawl map to navigate between bars.
• Venue Capacity: If a location is full, you may have to wait. Access is not guaranteed at every bar.

• Right to Refuse: Venues may deny entry or remove anyone due to intoxication, dress code violations, offensive costumes, or inappropriate behavior.
• Security Checks: Wristbands do not exempt you from ID or bag checks. Standard venue security applies.
• Drink Specials: Offered at the discretion of participating bars; they may change or end without notice.
• Venue Awareness: If staff aren’t aware of the crawl, contact the rep listed on the crawl map. If unavailable, proceed to another participating venue.

• All Sales Final: No refunds, exchanges, or transfers. If the event is canceled outright (without reschedule), refunds excluding fees will be processed automatically.
• Rain or Shine: Crawl will proceed regardless of weather. Venues and lineup are subject to change.
• Late / Wrong Venue: Tickets are valid only during scheduled crawl hours. No refunds for late arrivals or showing up at the wrong check-in.
• Costume Policy: No weapons or weapon-like props. Offensive costumes are prohibited and may result in denied entry.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that participation is at your own risk. Risks include but are not limited to: injury, illness, property damage, theft, accidents, alcohol-related incidents, or death.

You hereby release, waive, and discharge Events Per Se, its owners, staff, contractors, sponsors, affiliates, and participating venues from all claims or liability, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, for any injury, loss, illness, or death occurring before, during, or after the event.

You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Events Per Se and all released parties from any expenses, claims, or legal costs arising from your actions during the crawl.
