Must be 21+ to participate. All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges. Prices are subject to change while supplies last.

Dress Code: Costumes are not required but strongly encouraged. Masks must be removed prior to entering for ID verification.⁣⁣ No weapons will be tolerated including toy: swords knifes and or guns regardless if they do not appear to be real or not.

Self-Coat Check available – use at your own risk

Please Note: ALL TICKET-HOLDERS MUST BE PRESENT when picking up wristbands as we need to check all IDs. We cannot give out only some of the wristbands in your group if you purchased multiple tickets together including VIP booths.

This Purchase Policy is a binding contract between you and the promoter/ticket seller.

Admission:

You must present the e-ticket with QR code and a valid Government Issued Photo Identification. The name on the ID(s) must match the name on your purchased tickets in order to gain entry to the event. If the name on the ID does not match the tickets or if you do not valid government issued identification you will be denied entry to event without a refund.

Event Cancellations:

If the event is canceled you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket.

Photo Release

By entering an event or program of Imperia, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur.

Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with Imperia and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.

By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.

You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not purchase a ticket or enter the event premises.
