Vintage Football returns to Hauberg Estate in Rock Island! The Moline Universal Tractors return to face the Rock Island Independents. Come see a vintage football game using 1920's rules with replica uniforms, leather helmets and a melon football. Gates open at 1:00PM and the game will be a part of the Hauberg Oktoberfest that is being held in conjunction with the German-American Heritage Center from Davenport.
This event is free! Bring you lawn chairs and blankets and grab a spot right next to the field just as they did back in the 20's. Feel free to dress the part as well. 1920s autos will be on the grounds for viewing. Kids games will be taking place by the house as part of the Oktoberfest.
Gates open at 1:00 - Vintage team introductions at 1:30 - Kickoff at 2:00PM.
