During the month of May, we will be focusing on Hatha style yoga, a slower practice where we’ll hold poses for several breaths. It’s a great style for beginners and is very gentle. The class schedule is as follows:May 1st - Full Body Stretch
May 15th - Full Body Flexibility
May 22nd - Hip Flexibility
May 29th - Shoulder Flexibility
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. You may also find it beneficial to bring two yoga blocks if you have them and a strap (a belt or scarf work too!)
