Bridget began practicing yoga as a teenager in the early 1970’s taking classes at the newly established Yoga Society with Nina Johnson. In 1974 she traveled to India with Swami Rama during the Kumbha Mela tour during which time she received a personal mantra from Swamiji. She has taught classes at the University of New Hampshire and was the resident Hatha Yoga teacher at the Annual Healing Arts Festival in Maine. In 2008 she traveled back to India to study mantra, chanting and Sanskrit. She is a life-long and dedicated yoga practitioner.
