Hatha Yoga Pradipika Sequence (Masterclass)

Join Kaleb + Georgina for a traditional hatha yoga sequence inspired by an ancient text. This workshop is suitable for dedicated practitioners, yoga teachers, and curious students seeking a deeper exploration into yoga āsana. We will take an embodied journey into the postures as depicted in the Hatha Pradipika. We will apply bandha (energetic locks) and mudra (seals to direct energy + prevent leakage), and focus on opening the body in preparation for meditation.
