These classes are for those wanting a gentle yet active yoga class. Placing equal attention on strength and flexibility, we will start with some breathwork, warm up the body, then move into sun salutations focused on alignment. Pose will be held for several rounds of breath to allow us to find our best alignment in each posture. At times, we move through a short series of postures using the breath to guide us. We always finish with a full 10 minute savasana. Free class through June although Love offerings are always appreciated!
