Tired of aches and pain in your body? Then, join me in Willen Yoga for Beginners Class and find out how Yoga can help you!The class takes place at Willen pavilion, 28 Portland Dr, Willen, Milton Keynes, MK15 9JP, from 7.30pm till 8.40pm.
The place has free parking space just in front of the entrance.
The class is designed to work on cultivating a greater stamina, balance, strength and flexibility. The practise will stretch your body and calm your mind.
Among the benefits of the class there are: a better night sleep, an ease with hip arthritis and lower back issuers, shoulder tightness release, better balance and other!
