This class will allow beginners and seasoned yogis alike to strengthen the foundations of their yoga practice, stretch the body, and ease the mind. This yoga flow will include a strengthening series of traditional Hatha sun-salutations including sitting, standing, and balancing postures. Each pose will be held for 3-5 breaths, allowing you to focus on your alignment and settle into each posture. We'll end our practice with a stretchy cooldown and relaxing savasana.
