✨ By being aware of your body and breath and keeping your attention on it throughout the class, the nervous system calms down and the body enters a state of restoration and re-balancing.
✨ By being more aware of your thoughts and emotions supports you in your journey towards self transformation and maturity.
✨ This class is for the ones just starting yoga practice and the yoga movements can be adjusted according to your own body and capacity.
✨ In case you are worried that you are not flexible, or you haven't exercised in a long time, I want to encourage you to come as you are and I assure you that the practice can be done even in these cases.
