6-7PM Hatha Yoga7-9pm Music and Food by Picnics In Paradise!
This is an All- Levels Hatha Yoga Class, where we focus on holding each posture while connecting to our breath. Hatha Yoga helps us gain higher awareness towards our mind-breath-body connection, slowing down our movements and busy minds. Expect to feel like a new, rejuvenated person after class!, kids and doggos welcome!
We offer different food every week, with health consciousness in mind! Most of our menu is vegan or vegetarian, and if we include meat it would be a separate set menu.
Consider Bringing: Yoga mat, friends, jacket!
