This hour long session was crafted for folks who may have never been in a yoga class before. The theme of this class is unity.About this Event
This Unity Yoga class will take place outside. Please come prepared in comfortable clothes and with a bottle of water. We will be focusing on how movements help us feel good in our bodies, so there is no pressure to perform, be flexible, or strength train in this class. If you own a yoga mat, yoga blocks, or yoga straps (can also be an old t-shirt or resistance bands), you are encouraged to bring those.
