Join Alix on the mat, every Thursday!Slow Hatha II class with a focus on stability and balance through mindful movement guided by breath. 75 min class, strong practice.
A great class for yoginis with some experience, looking for a challenge through embodied focus and breath in the asana practice. You will feel your personal power, and growth of stability and presence in this class!
Taught by a certified instructor of 12 years, some physical adjustments may be involved.
