Join Studio Owner Karine for an afternoon of Yoga & Creativity!Welcome to everyone and every-body, no matter what your experience of Yoga or getting creative.
A Hatha style, slow and steady Yoga class exploring the elements, unity of breath and body, and calming and focusing the fluctuations of the mind.
Incorporating mindful meditation, mudras (hand gestures), and of course ending in a lovely relaxation!
Following the practice, we will enjoy tea and cake, and set up for some creative mindful mandala making and colouring. All materials will be provided, but you are welcome to bring along anything for inspiration.
Whilst we settle down for some creativity, the very talented Sofia of “Jenna Does Henna” will work her way around the room and you will be adorned with a small Henna mandala design.
There will be several designs to choose from, and we recommend they are for the hand, but totally understand this may not be suitable for you. In this case, you are welcome to have the small design on another part of your body.
Please wear suitable clothing and footwear to practice Yoga, relax, and considering where you might want your Henna design.
