About this Event
Some people are having problems booking - apologies - trying to resolve - please email [email protected] and you will be booked onAn information session for housing and multi-agency staff, particularly for frontline staff and those who engage with tenants.

With the aid of presentations, short videos and case studies, attendees will gain an understanding of:

o What constitutes hate crime

o How hate crime impacts individuals and families

o Under-reporting and how to respond when individuals do come forward and report

o The support process – individual responsibility and partnership work

o Managing and processing high risk cases

This is a FREE training session, running for a maximum of 2 ½ hours. The session is aimed at housing staff and multi-agency staff who operate in the Liverpool City area.
