Hat & Beard + The Loved One present: An Evening with VIVIEN GOLDMAN

Music writer, biographer, musician and punk professor Vivien Goldman will read from & discuss a her forthcoming book Rebel Musix, Scribe on a Vibe: Frontline Adventures Linking Punk, Reggae, Afrobeat and Jazz, which will be published later this Spring by Hat & Beard Press in the US.

Joining her in conversation will be her old friend—journalist, editor, professor and Runaways + Joan Didion biographer Evelyn McDonnell.

Books by both authors will be available for sale and the authors will sign books after the Q&A.

This event is free and is one of the first live events at the new bookshop/gallery The Loved One in historic Filipinotown in Los Angeles.
