This event brings people together through movement, connection, and purpose while raising funds for Riley Hospital for Children, specifically supporting their Riley Arts in Health program - an initiative that brings creativity, comfort, and healing to children and families during their hospital stay.

The morning will be filled with opportunities to move your body and balance your central nervous system. Participants can join a community run, yoga session, guided meditation, breathwork, and a workout, all designed to celebrate the many ways movement supports both physical and emotional strength.

Alongside the wellness activities, the event will include a live DJ, coffee, raffles, booth set ups to explore other wellness opportunities, and community connection, creating an uplifting and welcoming atmosphere for people of all fitness levels and ages.

All proceeds from the event will go toward supporting Riley Arts in Health, helping provide stress relieving opportunities to children and their families throughout theif stay at Riley.
