The afternoon will feature a friendly, hands-on team competition designed to challenge your surgical knowledge, technical skills, communication, and teamwork. Bring your competitive spirit, steady hands, and OR experience—prizes and bragging rights will be on the line!
We’re keeping the details a surprise, so come ready for a little friendly competition and a lot of fun.
🗳️ Annual Business Meeting & Elections
Our Idaho Association of Surgical Technologists Annual Business Meeting will take place during the conference. Members will have the opportunity to hear association updates, get involved, and help shape the future of our profession in Idaho.
Elections will be held for:
- Secretary
- Three (3) Board of Director positions
- Six (6) National Delegates
- Six (6) National Delegate Alternates
The elected delegates and alternates will represent Idaho at the 2027 AST National Conference, June 3–5, 2027, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

We encourage members to consider getting involved! Serving on the Idaho AST Board or representing Idaho as a National Delegate is a great opportunity to grow professionally, advocate for surgical technologists, build connections, and help move our state and profession forward.
A completed Consent to Serve form must be submitted prior to the start of the conference to be eligible for election.
