This workshop will include discussion and conversation about methods and practices to help you live rhythmically with the shift into the fall season. Bring a notebook and pen to dive into a few journaling prompts to activate your manifestation energy, Embodiment of some of the practices as well as somatic movement will be incorporated into the session. We will end with a guided and grounding introspective meditation.
