✨ As the days grow shorter and the air turns crisp, mid-November offers us the perfect time to pause, reflect, and nurture our inner landscape. ✨
Join us for a calming and restorative 3-hour workshop designed to help you release what no longer serves you and set heartfelt intentions for the season ahead.
Your Experience Includes:
🌿 Welcoming Circle – settle into community with breath and presence
🔥 Releasing Ceremony – gently let go of old energy, patterns, or worries
🔮 Oracle Card Pull – receive insight and inspiration for your path forward
🍁 Seasonal Intention Jar Craft – create your own keepsake filled with natural elements and affirmations to guide you into winter
🎶 Reiki Sound Bath – rest deeply as healing vibrations and gentle Reiki energy restore your body, mind, and spirit
💞 Gratitude Closing Circle – seal your intentions with warmth and care
What to Bring:
>Yoga mat and water bottle
>Comfortable layered clothing and cozy socks
>Blanket, eye mask, and pillows (and anything else to help you feel comfortable)
>Journal and pen (optional)
>An item from home or nature for the Autumn Altar (option)
All other materials are provided. No experience necessary—just bring an open heart and a willingness to receive. Tea and snacks will also be served.
🌱 This free community event is funded by Neighbourhood Small Grants (NSG) through Quadra Village Community Centre.
