This year, we would like to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival with Clay, Tea and Pastries!!

What are we going to do?

A warm and sensory-rich afternoon workshop where we connect clay, tea, and festive traditions. In this workshop, you will shape your own teacup using local clay, guided step by step with simple hand-building techniques.

During the event, we will gather around the tea table to enjoy homemade persimmon desserts and taste selected oolong teas, sharing stories of the season in a relaxed, communal setting.

What will you expect?

How to hand-build a clay teacup with basic techniques, turning raw material into a personal vessel for tea. You will also experience the pairing of autumn flavours: the sweetness of persimmons and the depth of oolong tea, and learn simple tasting rituals that highlight texture, aroma, and seasonal meaning.

What will you take home?

A handmade clay teacup created by yourself, and the memory of a slow afternoon of tea, sweets, and conversation. You will gain new skills in clay work and tea tasting, and carry home a personal piece of Mid-Autumn tradition to continue your own tea journeys.
