Join us for a Full Moon flow, incorporating the specific qualities of each month's moon! Full Moon's are a great time for releasing, clearing, and letting go of what is no longer serving you or allowing you to move forward. Energy is at it's peak and the intentions and goals you set during the New Moon are ready to be manifested! We have gratitude for ourselves and the universe and celebrate it with joy and maybe a little howling at the moon! We plan on meeting at Wildhorse Park in Mustang, Ok if weather permits. If weather is to sever in temperature or moisture we will move to the studio. A change of venue will be posted on the app and/or social media, and an email will be sent to those registered.
